Introduction

The gallery, established in 1991, focusses on art in which the personal involvement of the artist emerges. Drawings are important in the gallery programme, because in this medium ideas are first formed, and the artist gives himself away most. Painting shown in the gallery is nearly always figurative, here too, the personal is important besides individual character or recalcitrance. In addition there is the awareness, that a gallery should also be a place for experiment. At least once a year artists realize an installation or a project in the gallery.
